How much are the delivery charges?

If you live anywhere below, please call for additional postage charges. Scottish Highlands, Scilly Isles, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland or Isle of Wight.

How will my product be sent?

Your order will be sent using an appropriate next working day service. Dependant on the value of your order it may be sent by Royal Mail first class or ANC Carriers. A signature is required upon receipt for orders sent via ANC.

When will I receive my order?

We will usually deliver items within 5 working days as soon as payment has been received. Any items out of stock will normally be delivered within 7 to 10 working days (though we are rarely out of stock). We will advise by e-mail once your order has been despatched. However, we will not despatch your order until all items are ready for delivery.
